Hi Justine I have read some of your diary entries - they brings back so many memories of the hot summer of 2006; I was lying in the Wythneshawe transplant clinic recovering from my heart & kidney transplant operation at the time; So I know what you were going through; Congratulations to you and 'thanks you' to our respective donors and their families; I now do presenatations in schools & colleges to help people gain a better understanding of the importance of transplants and how they can impact on anyone's lives; Naturally, I encourage people to become donors too; Would you mind if I used your story to encourage people to think about this life saving issue? It would have a tremendous impact on the young people I talk to; Look after those lungs! Take care; Graham

Justine!, It's been a while since I've been to your site and I am so very glad you are doing so well; I guess you have long ago stopped hitting Gavin's arm (see my previous posts) and have since had at least one of your favorite "Gimpy" (see previous posts) Burgers; Then again, I might think not, judging by how beautiful (I am thinking of several additional words but this is a public post) you look in that stunning, purple dress on your web site's home page; It is great to see you with such a smile; I pray it never goes away! Happy Easter buddy, I hope you have had a great few days and enjoy a sunny Easter Sunday; Hope you got sufficient easter eggs; You'll have to watch JK because he loves the chocolate they make those cadbury eggs from; Funnily enough, it always does taste different from every other type of chocolate, weird! Why should making it into an egg shape make it so nice; Anyway Ma and Pa send their love too; Mum is off to watch some religeous procession (where they wear very bizarre Ku Klux Klan style head gear, I'll show the photo's when I get back because I could not believe my eyes); Dad is working on his old house and I am doing more work on the grammar of my book; You spend all those years in school and you never really study English grammar; It's always assumed that we know it because we are English; Probably why most foreigners speak the language so well and we speak so 'proper-like'; MIss you and Jakesy and will see you when I get back around the 19th April; Oodles of love and easter hugs, Nashy Jnr

Hello Tiger, Looks like you have the sunny end of it this morning (been raining here non-stop for twelve houes); I looks like it will be 16 degres where you are today; Terrific, nice garden weather; Not too sure about the dancing mate but up to you I suppose; OBviously would be a good idea in the future and might be a nice project to help over-see but while things appear a little up and down maybe best to give it a miss (still, do what you feel upto and shaddybone the rest); Hope all is well, heard you and Jakesy may have found a place but I hope to hear more soon; Been visitng Cathedrals and old castles around Malaga (strange as I've flown in there countless times but never visited any of them); Just got back from a trip away with mum to Cordoba; Visited the Mesquita and went walking round the ancient part of the city; Great place but no parking (took us 2hrs to get parked, glad ma was driving or I would have just left it on the middle of a roundabout in a huff!) Miss you and Jakesy, looking forward to seeing you both in April (back the 19th); Oodles of love Nashy Jnr

Hey lovey!! I haven't been on your website for a while - too many things happening at home; anyway, I thought your 34th birthday happened this year and not 2006!!! is there something you're not telling me??? ha ha, had a good giggle though; Glad to hear all's going well, I'll send you some info on recipes, but I'm afraid I'm all out of "celeb" friends; keep up the good work and if you really fancy a break, pop over with Jon;what could be more relaxing than cycling your butt off around the forest???? just kidding, keep smiling and sending you lots of love as always; Have a good day;
